Niklas Östberg, born in 1980, began his professional career as a corporate consultant for Oliver Wyman, before co-founding Pizza.nu (later OnlinePizza.se). From mid-2009, he also assumed operational responsibility for the international launch of food ordering platforms in Austria, Poland and Finland. In 2011, he founded Delivery Hero with some collaborators from the Berlin start-up scene in order to roll out the business globally from Germany. Niklas holds a master’s degree of Industrial Engineering & Management from Royal Institute of Technology Stockholm & ETH Zurich.
Pieter-Jan Vandepitte, born in 1977, joined Delivery Hero in August 2015 as Chief Operating Officer. Pieter-Jan is responsible for the International Markets, and he is the global lead for Sales, Customer Care and Business Intelligence. Prior to joining Delivery Hero, he worked as Chief Financial Officer for Peak Games, International VP for Groupon, and was co-founder of Citydeal, before it was acquired by Groupon. Before entering the start-up scene, he worked for McKinsey as a management consultant and Deloitte in M&A and Transaction Support.
Ana Mitrasevic joined Delivery Hero in November 2021 and was named Chief People and Sustainability Officer in May 2023. She is responsible for driving Delivery Hero’s global strategy to find and retain the world’s best tech talent, pioneer an inclusive environment, and positively impact the communities that we serve. Before joining, Ana spent 8 years at Expedia Group where she was focused on the global tech talent strategy and growth across 21 brands, 200 travel sites and 60+ locations, and led the people function at Vrbo, Expedia’s vacation rentals entity. During her time at Expedia, Ana spent 2.5 years in the Product Management team, focusing on global Product Operations and excellence. Prior to joining Expedia, she was a CPO at Thomas Cook Digital and OdigeO, European travel operators and marketplaces.
Ana holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and IT from University of Hull, Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from University of Kingston, UK and has completed Harvard Business School Executive Education.
Benjamin was appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Delivery Hero in June 2024. He leads the engineering teams driving the technological expertise, operations, and processes supporting Delivery Hero’s platform applications across all its markets. Prior to joining Delivery Hero in January 2023 as Senior Vice President of Engineering, Benjamin was CTO at foodpanda, one of Asia’s leading food delivery apps. With a career spanning 25 years in the technology industry, Benjamin has been and continues to be at the forefront of innovation across the globe.
Johannes Bruder joined Delivery Hero in October 2018 as Chief Product Officer (“CPO”) and is responsible for product management at Delivery Hero. Before joining, he spent 6 years at Rocket Internet as the group’s CPO and then COO, where he was globally responsible for company building operations and operational support for all companies in Rocket Internet’s portfolio, focusing on product management, growth and data science. Previously he worked for Google in Europe and built his own startup.
Johannes studied Economics in St. Andrews, London, Berkeley and Hamburg, supported by the German National Academic Foundation. Johannes holds a PhD with distinction in Economics awarded by the University of Hamburg.
Kristin Skogen Lund, born on August 11, 1966, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) in International Studies and Business Administration at the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon, USA in 1989, followed by a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from the Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, France in 1992.
Kristin Skogen Lund is an experienced operator with extensive chief executive officer and top executive expertise in a number of industries including government associations, technology, consumer, publishing/media, and the Confederation of Norwegian Business and Industry (NHO), Norway’s leading business organization. Through her former role as chief executive officer of Schibsted ASA and her former membership of the supervisory board of Adevinta ASA from 2019 until 2024, she brings extensive experience in consumer internet credentials with a real focus on the customer. She has also been a member of the supervisory board of Mozilla Corporation since 2022.
In addition, Kristin Skogen Lund has been the chair of the supervisory board of Stiftelsen Oslo-Filharmonien since January 2016. Kristin Skogen Lund has been honored with the award of Chevalier de l'Ordre national de la Légion d’Honneur.

Dr. Martin Enderle, born on November 1, 1965, began his professional career in 1995 with McKinsey & Company, after graduating with a degree in mathematics and physics and receiving a doctorate degree from the University of Hannover in 1995.
In 1999, Dr. Martin Enderle became managing director of Speed Ventures GmbH. After further engagements with T-Online International AG as SVP International Business from 2001 to 2005, Deutsche Telekom AG as SVP of Digital Services between 2011 to 2013 and nine years as CEO of Scout24 Holding GmbH from 2005 to 2014, Dr. Martin Enderle founded the startup allmyhomes GmbH in 2016. There he worked as managing director from 2016 to 2020. Today, Dr. Martin Enderle is a managing director of digi.me GmbH and Chaconne GmbH, two non-operative holding companies.
From 2015 to 2017, Dr. Martin Enderle was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Rocket Internet SE and, from 2016 to 2018, a member of the Board of Trustees of CEWE Stiftung GmbH & Co. KGaA. Since 2014, Dr. Martin Enderle is a member of the board of trustees in the Egmont Foundation and from 2016 to July 2022 he was a member of the board of directors of allmyhomes GmbH. Roger Rabalais, born on November 17, 1971, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A) in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in Texas, USA in 1993. He later earned his Master of Arts degree (M.A.) in Economics at Harvard University in Massachusetts, USA in 1997.
Roger Rabalais started his career as senior consultant at mars & co in 1998. From 2004 to 2014 he held various finance positions at eBay, including chief financial officer of the eBay Classifieds Group, where he oversaw a global portfolio of businesses, and was the chief financial officer of Marketplaces Germany, eBay’s second largest business after the US.
In 2014, Roger Rabalais joined the Naspers Group as a chief financial officer of the B2C segment, with responsibility for Allegro and other e-commerce businesses within the group. In December 2018, he expanded his responsibilities, transitioning to the roles of chief operating officer for the B2C segment and chief financial officer for the food delivery segment. Currently, Roger Rabalais holds the position of operating partner, supporting Prosus’ investments in various food delivery and B2C companies, including iFood, Swiggy and eMAG.
Further, Roger Rabalais has been a member of the supervisory board of Bundl Technologies Private Limited (India) since December 2023.
Roger Rabalais also holds various group-internal supervisory board mandates within the Prosus/Naspers group.

Nils Engvall, born on May 13, 1985 graduated with a degree in journalism, radio production and sound engineering from the Luleå University of Technology in 2006. He then completed the Kaospilot 3-year course at the Kaospilots International Business School in Aarhus, Denmark from 2009 to 2012, focusing on process management, project management, leadership skills and organizational development.
After graduation, Nils Engvall started his professional career as workshop facilitator in Denmark and Hong Kong and worked as a media producer and radio journalist.
Nils Engvall joined foodora AB in Sweden in 2016. After various positions as fleet, operations and team manager as well as interim head of key account management at foodora AB, Nils Engvall now works as commercial lead business development at foodora AB in Stockholm. He is responsible for the business development for the commercial team.

Dimitrios Tsaousis, born on July 23, 1972 in Athens, Greece, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.) in business studies from Swansea University, Wales, UK in 1995. After his studies, Dimitrios Tsaousis joined the Greek Navy as Petty Officer fulfilling his military duties.
Dimitrios Tsaousis started his career holding positions in sales and business development in various sectors and later joined G.A Pervanas Securities & Investment Services Co. S.A. as stockbroker. During his time at G.A. Pervanas Securities & Investment Services Co. S.A., he obtained the qualification of a Certified European Financial Analyst from the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission (HCMC) and was appointed as judicial expert for financial matters at the Athens Court of First Instance.
In 2015, Dimitrios Tsaousis joined the Delivery Hero group as sales account executive of Online Delivery S.A. (Greece) overseeing the establishment of the non-commission revenue business of the company. Since early 2021, he acts as fleet operations supervisor for Delivery Hero’s Greek subsidiary Go Delivery S.A.
From 2019 to October 2022, Dimitrios Tsaousis was chair of the SE Works Council of Delivery Hero SE.
